Spring Mountain Estate Vineyard. Most of their fruit is sold and used to make other winery’s best wines (like Beringer Private Reserve). They keep enough Cabernet for themselves to make 250 cases. Smell and taste malted chocolate, kirsch, cocoa, allspice, Pastis and cinnamon. This big mountain Cab can be enjoyed now with a 45 minute decanting.
