Spanish-style blend of 60% Tempranillo, 25% Graciano and 15% Grenache. Fruit is from the Sacramento Delta (hot days, cooling down a lot at night). Dark color. Spicy, jammy berry aromas. Taste is rich with spicy dark berry, espresso, tobacco and sassafras flavors. Smooth tannins. This is a delicious wine to pair with grilled meats and sausages. Pretty good meatloaf wine, too. 203 cases made.
