Valley vineyard made of clay & chalk. Lemon custard, melons, thyme and lemongrass, celery, almond skins, green olives, iodine. Particularly rich texture for Loire Sauvignon Blanc…oily and resinous. As intriguing and unique as it is delicious.

“Smoky and faintly bitter hickory and hazelnut ally themselves to a bouquet garni-like herbal melange, with celery salt and nut oils serving for saliva inducement in a lingering finish.
