Los Nevados is the Spanish translation for the Incan name for the Andes. (Got that?).
Rock-solid Argentina red. Raspberries, blueberries, red beets, black pepper, nutmeg, licorice. Medium bodied, light tannins, kiss of earth. We find it pairs really well with aged Cheddar. Please, if it’s not too late, make it cheeseburger (and Los Nevados Malbec).
