"Passo del Lupo"
Campania (the shin of the leg of Italy). Often a rustic, chewy, earthy wine, this Aglianico is not that. Steel tank ferment and aged, nice and clean. Get red and blue berry fruits, smidge of cherry liqueur, kiss of fresh soil, medium acidity and fine tannins. Nice fruity, rosy finish. Mighty fine grillin’ and BBQ wine.
Did you know?
The Aglianico grape is originally from Greece and was planted here by Greek settlers during the Roman empire.
