First impression of this complex sake is the rich and full aromas of hazelnut, burnt caramel and dried fruit. It has a developed round mouthfeel with a finish full of orange zest and clean acidity to give the sake a wonderful balance.

Food pairings: Roasted Nuts, Prosciutto and Melon, Dark Chocolate.
Cheese pairings: Foggy Morning, Domaine de Village, most soft ripe cheese.
