80% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Blanc, 10% Clairette. No oak…all concrete tank ferment and aged with lees-stirring. Honey, banana, guava and apricot on the nose. Pineapple, honeydew melon, apricots and apple butter flavors galore. Medium/full body, quite like White Burgundy. Crushed rocks/mineral on the finish. Very tasty with grilled shrimp and steamed crab.
