You are at the portal to our Wine Diary, where we describe wines of every style, price and origin. This Wine Diary is your source for thoughts on our most recent wine deliveries. Our goal is to tell you why the wines we carry are special, and also the flavors & sensations you can expect from each featured wine. We keep this dynamic and up to date.
You will notice from the links just above that the Wine Diary is broken into four parts. "This Just In" features our latest and greatest Chardonnays, Pinot Noirs, Zins, Syrahs and more. "Cabernets and Blends" is for Napa's best, big, great Cabernets and blends of the same. "25 Bucks & Under" features the best Cal wines that won't bust you wallet wide open. Finally, "High Rent District" is for the most special wines in the store. (Special prices, too.)

It's January 2007. Holidays are past, and the Back Room Wines crew is shaking out the cobwebs from a busy December and a fun-filled Holiday season. Takes a while to let a crazy-busy 2006 float by and properly prepare for yet another big year. We're getting there, and will have more new wines for you to buy, drink and enjoy.
